Arches National Park - Utah
Back in Boulder after a great weekend out in Utah.
I went through the Arches National Park on the way to Lake Powell.
It was great. I only got to drive through about half of the park.
The people that designed the access road getting from the Visitors Center into the park are the same ones that came up with the idea of putting tourists on near sighted suicidal donkeys going into the Grand Canyon. My steering wheel has some permanent finger marks in them now thanks to some of the extreme dropoffs and hillside travels during the trip.
This is part one of the Arches National Park.

Bike ride on Peak-To-Peak Highway
Finally got a chance to load up some pictures from one of my rides on the Peak-to-Peak highway that runs up to Estes Park. Not too bad, except for the dropoffs and no guardrails. I still have some sections to ride, but it's been great going from Boulder (5500 ft) up to 10,000 feet. The creeks are running high because of all the snow melting. It's great!
